Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location and carrier delays. House Jako is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. House Jako is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
